Little Flowers Girls’ Group after First Saturday Mass at St. Michael’s

For girls ages 5-12, we are forming a Chapter of the Catholic Girls’ Group Little Flowers. The group will meet in St. Leo’s Hall following Mass and breakfast on First Saturdays at St. Michaels.

We will use the Little Flowers format and will begin with Wreath 1. The meetings will include scripture memorizations, songs, crafts, and fun.  Girls will receive a list to take home with simple projects to complete during the coming month in order to earn the badge for a given virtue.

The initial cost is $10 per girls and will include materials to be kept at the Church and a folder with bag to take home and bring back to each meeting. Additional costs will be incurred at the end of the year when badges and sashes are ordered and presented at a Mother/Daughter tea party.

Please email this site, if your daughter wants to participate so we can have all the supplies ready for the first meeting in September. 

All girls who meet the age requirement are welcome to attend. For the sake of continuity and forming friendships, your daughter should only join if she will attend consistently.  A parent does not need to be, but may be present during the meetings. However, a parent must be on the grounds at St. Michael’s at all times. Meetings will last about 90 minutes.
