This coming Sunday (April 19th) is Divine Mercy Sunday, and a plenary indulgence is available to those who take part in prayers and devotions honoring Divine Mercy, or to those who, in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, exposed or reserved in the Tabernacle, recite one Our Father and the Apostles Creed, adding a devout prayer to Our Merciful Lord.
The other requirements are those for any plenary indulgence, that is, receive Holy Communion on the day of the action, have no attachment to sin, even venial sin, and receive Sacramental Confession within twenty days of the action. If one has confessed within twenty days prior to or after Sunday the 19th, that requirement is met.
