Jeannette Butterick

Jeannette Butterick, faithful attendee of the Latin Mass (who usually sat in the left front row at Blessed Sacrament), was diagnosed with metasized breast cancer 1/2 year ago, which spread to her bones and beyond. She was bedridden the last 4-5 months and passed away Wednesday, Nov 26, 2008. Please pray for the repose of her soul.

Here is the information sent on Wednesday to a good friend.

Wanted to let you know that my dear friend and yours, peacefully drew her last breath today around 2 PM. She was so ready to meet her Lord and she received Holy Communion around 12:30 PM. Today in addition to the usual prayers I prayed the Memorare and knew she was very weak. Yesterday she had asked for Fr Victor to come and hear her confession and receive the Annointing of the Sick. She said she wanted all the sacraments she could get. He also gave her the Apostolic blessing. She ran the good race and a crown awaited her.

The rosary will be Sunday evening at Canale and the funeral at 10 AM Monday at St Louis. Please pray for her family.
